I recently got offer from TCS for 10 LPA and my current CTC is 7LPA with 2.5 years of experience. Am I being underpaid here?

Do you get a bonus? How much? Do you count it in your salary when posting here?

180 base, 50 bonus, plus 50-75k profit sharing and 50k equity a year.

Still feel underpaid on initial base salary :/

I want to get into more than just the purchasing and sourcing side of things and go into more production/shipping efficiencies.
