Does anyone have any intel on the subscription-model for Threat Hunting service offered by a cybersecurity firm?

Example: Firm ABC offers Threat Hunting as X hours/week model.

My favorite part of my job is the fact that I only have one meeting a week. The less time during bureaucratic nonsense, the better.

I just started a new job a month ago and I’m getting absolutely crushed. I’ve been in finance/accounting in PE for about 6 years. Does anybody have experience pivoting or know any kind of jobs that aren’t 80 hours a week and the stress isn’t all encompassing?

Left my first job after just shy of two years because I was bored. Have been at my current job for about half a year and it’s a great resume builder but an absolute horror story (long hours, unreasonable clients, tons of weekend work that’s not worth the pay). If I left in a few months, at the 10 month mark, would that significantly hurt my chances of getting a strong exit opportunity? I can’t imagine staying here for the full year but I don’t want to blow my chances at leaving for a cool job

Also, what type of salary should I expect knowing it's a Principal Analyst role (Senior level). I'm at 75k, should I was thinking of asking around 20% more but I wouldn't like to lose the position only for money as I can make it up on the market

I’ve had radio silence from a small investment bank for about a week now. I’ve completed several rounds of interviews, but last Thursday the firm reposted the job I’ve been interviewing for. On Friday the headhunter said that they’re not sourcing new candidates and it’s probably just LinkedIn automatically refreshing the listing. She said they had a busy week last week but will make a final decision this week - is the delay and radio silence a bad sign or is this typical for experienced hiring?

Wondering if there's any tips out there for attaining a significant pay jump/career move. Been in retail banking for years, teller up to branch manager. Pandemic hit and that was the exit sign for me. Found this current position within my company and took it bc it's wfh and touches on a piece of what I like which is aml and risk. But the pay is just not there, I'm struggling to pay bills and I know I'm worth so much more but I have not been able to figure out how to get from point A to point B.
