Does Citi usually drag their feet with the offer process? I received an offer two Fridays ago and the recruiter went to the hiring manager with my salary request. They countered my salary request last Tuesday and I countered back in between both numbers (only a $5000) differential. I reached out to the recruiter yesterday and she said she would get back to me very soon. Wanted to make sure I’m not in jeopardy of losing this offer for negotiating? TIA

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). Have you had to change your start date after accepting an offer and how did it go? I told them I need to give 30 day notice and so I set my start date (incorrectly) assuming the background check and drug screen would take a few days to clear.
