I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.

Rental Housing/Airbnb viability. I have a small portfolio of rental properties on Long Island (NY). I rent them out to long term tenants but there is very little Airbnb activity in this market. I think the yields will increase significantly with an ABNB approach but then again these aren’t sexy locations (in Nassau County) and there isn’t much in terms of attractions that would drive renters to these areas. Summer time yes, winter time not as much. Anyone have any experience in a similar market?
