I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. I feel like I have settled down for a lower package and a lower designation. Is there anything that I can do in the current organisation that I’ve joined at a week back

Is there any issue, if the designation at the time of offer is different than that of relieving? Asking because, I am leaving IBM GBS, have told my designation as Senior software engineer ( offer letter had it) to the other company, but got to know that designation IBM will be writing on relieving letter will be application developer. Is moving from Product management to management consulting a right move given the future growth and compensation ? I have around 11 plus years of IT experience largely in Product Management.When I see LinkedIn profile of management consultants I see few of them get hired on C level positions in other companies but do not see that for Product manager except starting their own startup.Need suggestions if i should keep this transition dream or not

For PM, I got a cert (not PMP) and am trying to decide which of these two I go with.

Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021. Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

Hey all, I have been working in Identity and access management space at EY for past 4 years. Need help with understanding best exit opportunities?

I start my journey of being more technical today. I am giving myself 2 yrs. I started a role doing IT controls, Identity and Access Management work. I have prior experience in UAT, business process controls (A-123). I am planning on passing the Security plus and CISSP certs within 2 yrs. Have a TS clearance. Any advice or reality check is welcome.
