Uh... not accurate. They don't pay you for it if you're at the firm and don't use it. You get paid for it if you leave the firm and have some days in the bank.

Depends on your state, but there may be circumstances where not all of it is paid unless you get agreement to take it at the end (vs them terming you before it hits in gT&E)

No true, go to my people link the click on your vacation. Then from there it links to the policy. Deloitte pays out but not us. They tell you to use it
Yeah spouse just left the firm and they def got paid out for a week of vacay they hadn't taken.
