our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. I had HR round discussion on last Saturday with Mphasis, they told me that they will release offer letter on Monday or Tuesday but today is Friday I didn't receive offer letter yet, only received selection mail from talent team on Wednesday.
My joining date in other organization is 13-sept.

Should I wait for offer letter or start joining formalities with other organization?

In Capgemini, Some of my clearances are auto cleared and some are still pending. I have my last working day on Dec. first week.
