Nothing really works out of the box.
These things can only help if you change your lifestyle and focus on improving yourself physically and mentally.
It can help in reducing your libido and you won't feel awkward around opposite gender but you will need to make efforts to improve you social circle and comm skill.
Not sure, even I tried it for like 60-70 days the only change I could see was in my libido. Giving up porn definitely has a positive effect, I gave it up around 6 years back after my college but never really understood the concept of no fapping and all. If you're doing it 2-3 times a week I don't think there's anything unhealthy with it.
Celibacy requires a really long time period of practice. It's more of a monk lifestyle where you are taught self control.
I am personally not a fan of both because I have seen healthy focused individuals sleeping, eating, working out and having a healthy sexual life.

no fap = no ejulaction in simple term...
so what happen in sex at last ?
so if there is no fap then why ejulation throw sex allow ?
