How I feel about my clients:

Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?
Need some help regarding PF.
I joined a company on 7th Dec. Just got the Laptop on the first day. 12th Dec was my induction day where I was supposed to fill different forms like form 11 ,joining report etc. I resgined on 9th Dec . Today I gave my laptop to the company.
Question is will they be able to open PF account with the help of UAN mentioned in salary slips, Adhar number and pan number that i submitted during offer process?

Experienced PMs that I trust have said ‘no’. It also seems to be ‘desired’ on JDs and not a hard requirement
As someone who hires, I do not go for PMPs over those that do not have them. I’m looking for experience. I work in pharmaceutical advertising and don’t feel it’s absolutely a game changer.
Not at the moment, I’m currently looking for SPMs. Sorry!
Def not for advertising. You definitely see it as a requirement for construction jobs, sometimes manufacturing.
As a seasoned executive with experience establishing award-winning Project Management Offices (PMOs) at three distinct advertising agencies, I can confidently affirm that a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification undoubtedly presents more opportunities. It serves as a tangible endorsement of your commitment to the project management profession, showcasing that you possess globally recognized skills and knowledge.
Moreover, having additional certifications such as PMI-ACP (Agile), CSP-SM (Scrum), Lean Six Sigma (for lean operations), IIBA (for business analysis), and change management significantly enhances your professional profile. I have observed that PMO groups composed of highly trained and certified individuals tend to outperform those who are less qualified, reinforcing the value of these credentials.
Consider the organizational culture of the PMO you're aiming to join. If it doesn't advocate professional development or appreciate the significance of renowned certification tracks, you should question whether it aligns with your long-term career aspirations. While certifications don't define your entire professional worth, they undoubtedly help differentiate you among PMO leaders who comprehend the demands of being part of an exceptional, high-performing PMO.
Ultimately, the decision depends on your personal ambition and what you aim to achieve in your career. Don't just consider what the job description requires; what do you envision for yourself? Early in my career, I aspired to evolve into a C-level executive role. In my opinion, PMO careers provide unparalleled exposure to an array of business-related topics, including business analysis, QA, change management, finance, human resources, and supplier management. This diverse exposure equips you with a comprehensive skillset, potentially paving the way for you to become an effective COO.
In summary, if you envisage a future that combines continuous learning with varied experiences, then a PMP certification, complemented by other related credentials, could be the catalyst you need to fulfill your career ambitions.
