Diversity event participation, sustainability event participation, innovation (though this category has more rules and is harder to qualify for), watching oral arguments or depositions when you’re not on the matter (things that teach/build skills but that clients can’t be billed for), then the usual pro bono

Yes, as part of a bucket of nonbillable hours that are creditable toward bonus that is capped at 100 hours. No minimum threshold to reach or clear for eligibility.
