[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

What exactly is AI doing that people are now not doing?
Nope,
I don’t believe that it is dying, do believe that there will be a lot of changes though. Some positions will be hit more than others. I think insurance is one of the very few things that will make it through fairly unscathed by the ‘AI takeover’. Absolutely will be changes though!
I think the insurance business has a lot of challenges but AI would be the least of it. There's a good chance that some functions now done by humans may be done by AI, but they'll be relatively low level repetitive things. Anything requiring human judgment or insight won't be replaced by AI anytime soon.
We’re in for an interesting 2026!
