Don't three rounds of very well-done interviews suffice anymore? This is the second interview I got to round three, and I didn't get either of those roles. I didn't get any confirmation about it, but I have assumed I didn't because there has been no communication from their end. What round do you have to make it to these days to get a job? It's so frustrating.

Does it matter which interview date I select for schools? The last day offered for one of the schools is best for my schedule - does taking that slot hurt my chances?

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?
