During a 1 hr. interview for a Sr. PMM role, the hiring manager kept asking Qs about how would I solve this issue, what tools do I use, "what if" kind of Qs while she was diligently taking notes! I understand this sounds normal but I had this gut feeling that this doesnt sound like an interview for a role but more of a way to gather certain info!.. I didnt get the job & no feedback was shared & now the job is reposted again and again. Makes you wonder?!

I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...
