During this horrible time, what are Cosmetology CTE teachers doing for their seniors?

I’m not a Cosmetology teacher, but perhaps you could focus on theoretical processes and evaluation of techniques? Make a tutorial video and have students write out the steps (maybe record their voice?). Have them look at a video with the wrong steps after and critique the issue?

Thank you ! I have meetings with them on google MEET. I can evaluate them Face to face. So far so good but only the second week!

Don’t you find it funny how mids and seniors applaud no raises for juniors because said juniors are useless and yet refuse to come into the office to train said juniors? Big Law is a total farce. I’ll keep sitting here by myself and maybe one day won’t be so useless, maybe by magic.

I could use some advice on how I should handle this situation. I found out the other day another editor who started four months ago is making 8% more than I do. For context, I have been here for a little over a year. How do I approach my boss to inquire about a raise? Should I bring up that I know about my teammate's salary?
