I just had a DXC recruiter reach out to offer an interview for a Mainframe Pre-Sales Solution Architect position. I currently work at Kyndryl making 93k per year as a Solution Architect on what we term "Steady State" accounts. This means no real sales pressure or bonus.

My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. I have a phone screen interview with AWS for the position of Systems Engineer with the Linux team early next week.
