It would be good for you to try to iron out differences with your boss if you intend to continue working in the same company, or if you can change, it would be a good option. Possibly there is a very marked difference between you.
Hello, I am a human resources manager and my advice is to discuss this issue personally with him, if you do not move forward, go to the human resources department, I feel it is a serious flaw.
It is unpleasant when people take advantage of a position to take attributions, this seems like a personal difference of that person towards you, you should address some regulatory body and have this case reviewed.
