I am curious to hear how much (as % of base salary) people get from bonuses per year - mostly looking at MBB and Big 4

I finally got a raise (after 10 years) from 45k to 50k with less than 10k in incentives while others who are just starting at lower positions make more than me..I want to bring this up but don’t want to come off in a bad way considering they finally gave me a raise this year.

My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. We plan on having kids within the next year or two, and it’s highly u likely that she’ll be able to keep her current gig. We want to find a career that allows her to work remote or that at least gives her a better work life balance so that she can see her kids grow up. Should she get certifications to give her a shot at adtech?Too late?

Today I was walking back to the hospital from my car some random guy came up to me and asked me for directions while I was still in the lot. I'm new so I told him I didn't know and he literally cussed me out in the parking lot and told me I was a horrible nurse and he was going to get me fired. Meanwhile I am a PHARMACIST. I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. This is a major red flag, but I can’t help but feel that I am missing out since this role pays 50% over what I currently make. Should I let the recruiter know? What’s your take on this?

After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote. Then sit here and can’t figure out why…
