It really depends on what's important to you.
I'm in PSO and love it. Tech wise - we are amazing. We do have a ways to when it comes to traditional consulting skills but we are trying to find middle ground (we need more structure but we don't need all the overhead found in traditional consulting firms).
As a level 5 - you basically can do anything you want. But in order to get promoted you have to do something amazing. With a lot of highly skilled people that can be hard. Also our timeline for promotion can be long. 3-4 years is common for the promo to level 6.
But don't worry...pay is huge ...so it's not like you are leaving money on the table while you wait to get promoted.

Google... unless you have better trajectory at your current spot.

I work in PSO as a program manager, feel free to DM or ask whatever. Overall it’s great, because of how quickly it’s growing you get a lot of exposure to “head of, VP, Sr. Dir” type individuals and you can move around quickly. It does have its headaches though, but as a whole I’m really happy with comp, career outlook, WLB, and I really like my team.
