Everyone is different. With that being said, everyone's time within the Army National Guard is different. My overall time within the Army National Guard has been favorable. My biggest takeaway or advice for individuals thinking about a career in the military or who are already in the military is to take advantage of all education benefits to help further their civilian jobs. Do not walk away from the Army National Guard without your education paid for.

Hey everyone, curious about pros/cons and profitability of renting out a unit long term vs AirBnB. Let’s say it’s a condo downtown in a big city, how do you figure out what’s the better option?

I went under contract last fall for a new build that will be done later this year. In the contract the seller/builder included a clause that gave them the ability to change the price without cause anytime before the house is complete. This past week they invoked that clause to increase the price by like 7%, supposedly due to material costs. I can either agree to the increase or they return my deposit. So something crazy happened to me last week. I was at the airport, and as usual on call after call. The check in line was going ridiculously slowly and at some point turned threw my hands up in frustration while looking around to find another place to check in. In doing so, I catch the eye of the behind me. He smiles and says something. I just sort of nod and carry on with my call.
