Can you typically negotiate post MBA consulting offers?

Does anyone have the 2020 SHRM books for sale or to borrow? My job won’t contribute towards my certification. I’ve already paid for my test. I have the books from 2015 but I’d like to study from the 2020. I tried finding them online to purchase but sellers of affordable books aren’t responding.

I want to know how difficult workday prism certification is? What is the passing rate for this exam.

I have completed ITIL v4 foundation certificate and looking forward to do next certification but unable to decide between ITIL strategist/ Azure Devops/ TOGAF 9.
Current Tech Stack - App support -> SQL/UNIX/ITIL/INCIDENT MANAGEMENT.
YOE- 6+ Years.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Why is it so hard to find a remote HR position? I have my SHRM-SCP, my MBA and over 10 years of experience being an HR Manager.

Is the international BA diploma worthwhile? My company offers but wonder if other qualifications such as AWS would be more worth while?

I'm trying to choose between IBM Corporate Strategy and Innosight. I like both opportunities. Innosight pays more, but I've never had a big brand like IBM on my resume. Incoming MBA, I have my tuition paid for and rent covered (I will be an RA). So the only thing I need to pay for is food and entertainment. Do you think 20k is enough to last me through the 2 years? I'm currently an ops manager at a big 4 in London and received an offer from a small boutique firm with 25-30% pay rise.
