150K base/15%bonus/75K stock over 4 years/30K sign-on. Is this fair?
I was thinking:
220K Base/15-20%bonus/125K stock over 4 years/30K sign-on.
7-8 YOE in Security and Privacy with Big 4

Have another offer for 195K base/15%bonus/no equity (Consulting)/no sign on

Please share your thoughts and insights. Don’t wanna ask for too much and lose the offer.
