Does UBS provide any welcome kit?
Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

It depends on which office and what they’re looking to hire for. I’ve seen Slalom bring SMs in as MDs and bring MDs in at lower levels. How many years at level, what did you do at uncle D., what are you interviewing for at Slalom and which office?
Thanks for the info. 8 yes, niche work in Human Capital, looking at Denver office
Principal/MD
Denver office here. We don’t do a ton of human capital work in Denver, so I wouldn’t set your expectations on MD. I would say Solution Principal with 8 YOE, maybe Practice Area Lead if you’ve got a history of building a practice / business. You’ll be expected to bring in some human capital work as well as be utilized about 80%
You won’t be brought in as MD. Possibly practice lead if you’ve got sales chops. Our utilization targets for SPs are too high in my opinion. They might tell you it’s lower, but we put heavy pressure on util. PAL’s have about a 50% target
So the levels go in increasing order: Consultant, Principal, Practice Lead, Practice Director, MD. (So ignore the person who said Principal/MD cause they’re ignoring the 2 level gap in there). Principal would
Probably be your target with Practice Lead a stretch. As a PAL you’d have a big sales target on your head and your comp is more weighted on the variable side than base.
