Whereas Bain & Company has no such minimum tenure requirement. My colleague got promoted in 4th months of joining right out of college.

Hybrid Cloud is the next big thing at IBM so you will get opportunity to work with latest in tech if that’s your forte. IBM is doing really well in cloud and AI space.
