Have final round interviews at BCG tomorrow. I'm at S& right now at the SA level. Father had a sudden health issue come up this week and it's got me off my game. I'll ultimately need to support him financially for at least a year while he recovers. Not complaining, but has me considering just dropping out of the interview process. Is that crazy? Is the opportunity with BCG really so far beyond what I have already with S&? Is dropping a better look than interviewing and doing terribly?

What are the healthcare options like in India? I'll be needing regular care and I'm not sure what the insurance providers are and if care works differently in general.

Hello, I have accepted an offer at a competitor company and sent in my resignation letter. My start date is 5 weeks from now so I put in my end date 4 weeks from date letter was signed. What's the biggest health myth you've heard that you'd like to bust? Mine is that supplements are always a healthier option than prescription or OTC meds. A lot of the supplements on the shelf contain all types of unnatural ingredients and can still be harmful depending on the dosage.

Pro’s

1. Yearly hike starting from 10%. ( 1st year hike could be around 6%)
2. Work life balance
3. Large pool of paid leaves ( Around 44 days of paid leave)
4. Huge number of internal opportunities
5. Health insurance by company

Cons :

1. Business travels are mostly for management peoples
2. No benefits out of CTC like free food , free cab
3. No gifts for any festivals
4. Leaves cant be encashed and only 7 will get carry forward
