EY, did you guys have to go through an “offer approval” process after completing interviews? How long did it take? How likely is it that an offer doesn’t come? Was supposed to be done last week

Crushed my final two interviews today. I will hear back sometime next week for a verbal offer for a Tech Solutions Consultant on the xWS team. Leaning towards an L4 but maybe they give L5 if the interview feedback was as good as I thought it went. Any thoughts on how I should negotiate base and equity? Maybe ask for sign on too?

Sorry for the long rant, but could use advice or just encouragement.

Got laid off for the first time in my career 3 weeks ago. I have 10 years of PM experience (mostly ecommerce & experimentation). I was fortunate in the past to have had recruiters scout me directly so this is the first time in over a decade that I am applying to everything that I’m qualified for, mostly qualified for, and way over qualified for with zero leads. Only 3 interviews thus far that didn’t go forward.

Had my virtual on-site for an S&O L3 role 3.5 weeks ago (NYC, 5 YOE). I haven’t heard back on a decision yet, and was wondering how long it typically takes? I also know that I was one of the very first candidates to interview for this specific role, and there are atleast 2 more people scheduled for onsites. Does the recruiter typically wait for all candidates to finish their onsites before communicating a decision? Or if I haven’t heard back yet, it’s probably a reject?

How is everyone getting Fall/ Spring/ summer internships? Are you all applying on the company website/ LinkedIn page. Networking to recruiters? Through college career center. I've been applying and not getting anything? Any tips or advice?

I am looking to leave my current position due to not having the opportunity to run campaigns and earn experience.
However, every interview I get asked about the campaigns that I have run.

There are many people who can see doj in "offer and day 1" section in iBegin portal (even those who have doj in July).
