EY (EU based) : our partner just told us that they decided on a early promotion scheme in July instead of October. I joined only in January and I was pretty sure I was doing to get my first promotion in October (which would have been almost 1 year of work and + I am performing pretty well since the beginning). Now that the promotion is in July I am afraid I'll stay 1.5 years in the same position. Update: here we have 4 levels for each role, and usually promotions are given every year
