Company B -
10.91 Fixed
1.1 Variable
No JB

CTC - 12.55 (including annual Benefits)

I’m inclined to join Company A. Would they consider for negotiations?

Current CTC 6.25
Exp - 3.5 yrs

Saving for a house down payment in the next 20-24 months. Where should I put my savings. Just in a savings account right now. Was thinking about ibonds, but is my timeframe too short?

I’m an early startup having raised a bit of money from family and friends to help grow my business. Time is moving fast and I’m potties I won’t hit my targets and being the return back to those who invested.
Once I have used the money that’s been invested there’s no way of seeing it again and still bringing the return quick enough.

The numbers still show it’s possible, I still believe in the concept and I’m still growing, I think I just have some imposter syndrome.
