I am getting an offer from JPMorgan. Salary would be 15-18k plz gross monthly. I am a family of 3. Will that be sufficient salary. Please advise

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

I got an offer in industry! Feeling excited but at the same time very confused. It’s a good offer that I don’t want to pass up but also feel extremely bad leaving during busy season. The micromanaging is unbearable. The lack of trust is mind boggling. The constant berating in emails sent to multiple people instead of privately is just asking for trouble. I’m at my wits end and all my AGM can say is suck it up
