EY Deloitte PwC people - would you leave your current employer for a 15%-25% total comp difference? This translates to a 25-45k difference per annum, largely driven by bonus at the new firm (20-40%), much smaller than my current employer. Doesn’t feel like a great exit opportunity - currently at big 4 this would be moving to a niche consulting company

It has been 2+ weeks since I completed the Interview & Psychometric Assessment rounds with Macquarie Group , but yet to hear anything from them. I also followed up with HR but with no response. For the record, the interview went well. Any idea if they usually take this amount of time to get back? If I got rejected, why not communicate directly?
Thinking about accepting a software engineering offer for BCG Digital Ventures . can anyone working there tell me about the work culture, learning opportunities, and exit opps . Im also interviewing with Zillow and am deciding wether to wait or take an offer. I’m really intrigued by the idea of building ventures and learning alot on the technical and entrepreneurial sides, but the opportunity to work for a tech unicorn is also very intriguing

Dude we don’t even have enough personal days to cover winter and summer break. That’s not very generous. Why do I have to dip into vacation for when the firm decides to take off?
PwC is “unlimited” sick days. PTO is okay?
We get the week of Christmas off. Last year and this year we’ll have week or 4th of July off.
25 days of PTO plus holidays. That combined with how flexible work schedules are means I’m never worried about time off
Yep. I’m at like month 10 here and have no idea when I’ll find time to use these up lol
ACN you accrue up to 240 hours that can rollover, any excess of 240 will not rollover.
Slalom 18 days but don’t need to take PTO for basic stuff like dentist, doctor, car stuff etc
Just so you know, the EY ‘week off’ in the summer isn’t free, they’re forcing you to use your PTO
They ‘ask’ us to use pto for those weeks the firm is closed. I’m ok with a small reduction in my utilization!
21 days PTO, no sick days, and we have to use our own PTO to cover Christmas-NYE break
Mildly 🙄 at the EY complainers. After Winter and July 4th breaks, EY is giving 4 extra holidays a year. Yea, you have to use some PTO at a defined time, but it’s also advance notice dedicated time off when e everyone else is off (eg mostly unplugged). Seniors also gained 7 days of PTO this year and a heck of a deal bonus wise! Anyway, Deloitte is 28 days off/year for M in US (all in: sick floating vacation) and 13 holidays.
