I am 84 years old and I absolutely love what I do. Practicing land use Law. I work every day from 7:30 AM until 3:00 PM and on Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 AM until noon.

I continue to bring in new clientsand act as a mentor to the younger lawyers in my office.

We have spent a lot of time on succession planning since who knows how long I’ll be here

Anyone working for AMAT account under BIBA ?
My role is data science and iot engineer. What questions can I expect in an internal interview ?

When I started as a Copywriter, I couldn't get hired, so I opened my own agency, Burns, Keene Katz, Lord & Jefferson. Burns was a German Shepherd, Keene a woman, Katz was Jewish, Lord was British and Jefferson was an African-American, first in his class at Harvard. All were imaginary.

Twenty years ago, I opened a new agency, Einstein, da Vinci & Goldenberg. needless to say, I'm not one of the geniuses in my company.

What's the most creative name you've ever heard of for an agency?

There’s no reason you have to put up with a job you hate. I spent many years working in a toxic environment with a boss who gossiped and lead through fear. He wasn’t really much of a leader but basically a foreman. And he could make my existence miserable. I admit that it wasn’t easy to find another job but the bottom line is: trust your guts. If you feel something is wrong it’s because it probably is. Don’t second guess yourself. Look for options and and fight for your mental health.

I can hardly handle this stress. Joined recently, fresh grad. Small team, with me being the only full time on the project. I don’t know What to do. Anxiety and panic are building. Any advice?

After months of depression and suicidal thoughts, I had a big realization that pulled me out of it.. that I’m alone in the world and I can’t rely on anyone else but myself. As a chronic people pleaser, this was liberating.

Are firms no longer doing this post COVID?
