In Jan of this year I was hired on as a new mortgage loan originator. We renegotiated my salary in April to $55K. I recently learned that banks here in my area are hiring brand new, low experience LO’s for $70K. The market is slow but I’ve been very consistent in what I’m bringing in and closing.
