I would seek out a therapist. While everyone can have moments like this, it sounds like you are having more than moments.
We are all actors in this play my friend. Find a therapist!
It’s ok to have an existential crisis. It can help you put things in perspective. As long as it’s not connected to a depression. People would be a lot more thoughtful if they considered the meaning of life and what their purpose was rather than follow some script they heard from their parents, society, or the television. Life is a game, you can play by society’s rules, make up your own, or do some combination of the two.
