I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

We have no idea what was going on in his personal life, maybe he had gambling debts, maybe he had a side piece that he needed to fund, maybe he just loved the thrill of maybe getting away with it, or maybe he's just the dumbest dikshit around. I agree from the outside it makes no sense why a MK partner probably on a mill/yr would throw it all away for 450K once off and risk his job, family, jail time and deportation but something made him do it!
He did work for my team at a former firm, seemed normal enough, made a couple of comments in hindsight about the bnpl market that were a little 🤔

He's being deported. That's why the sentence is "only" 24months something about if you're on a greencard then you can't get it reduced for good behavior and you're out of the country at the end of it - no appeals. He also had to pay back the ~450K he made.
This Dude is a great shame to the profession where your integrity can NEVER be compromised ( and not to say he and Rajat Gupta ) along with stereotyping people from a geography who decided to pursue greed . The excessive amount of greed drove him into the ground. I hope he learns a lesson ( ….. won’t be surprised he too will end up writing a book !)

The SF bay area is literally getting looted because we are extremely soft on petty crime (you must not watch the news or park your car in a major city).
