Giving myself time off. It wasn’t something that I even thought about before. There are no set hours when you start a business. You are first in and last out every single day. Hope to get to a point where that changes, but at first, that is nearly impossible to do solo.

I’m struggling with this right now, especially in a service-based business. I told myself I would be as available as possible to see where booking trends are and then set hours to give myself time off but I haven’t followed through on that.
Hiring.
Interesting, we never have issues with hiring people. When’s the last time you tried to hire someone, what actually happened?
I'm going to agree with BS1, definitely hiring. I always assumed that, because I see a lot of people complaining about the job market, it would be easy to find and hire an amazing team. Unfortunately, we've had to let go a number of people for misrepresenting their skill level, slacking off on company time, or simply not showing up on the first day. We offer great compensation and benefits that we invest a lot of money into, I'm genuinely shocked at how hard it is to find the right people.
The last person you had to fire, did you see any warning signs you missed during hiring that you now realize you should have caught?
Selling. Or hiring good salespeople.
When’s the last you hired a sales person and how did it go?

Honestly, staying in my lane. I get so excited about so many things but have started spreading myself way too thin. I need to remain focused on myself and my business until it’s sustainable enough for me to branch out.
I know friends that are building their own esthetician companies and that’s so true
