McKinsey & Company Few days ago I had a first technical/case interview at McKinsey & Company. Both the internal recruiter and the interviewer mentioned something about feedback along with questions at the end, but we run out of time - I managed to ask only one quick question. Is feedback during the interview common? Should I reach out or just wait for the results?

Feedback will generally come with the decision (at least for integrative interviews)

Some interviewers give feedback during calls as well. Unlikely to be a new process. And no.

I messed up my interview with Millennium LLP for an entry level role and I feel nothing but dread right now. I believe it was my only opportunity at obtaining a high salary / profile job compared to my other options that only pay half as much. How can I accept the fact that I might not be able to start out as successful as I wanted to be? I believe it’s extremely difficult to jump between layers (E.G. Big 4 to MBB) later on in my career.

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
Note: I do have good relationship with X company.
Please give your valuable suggestions.

Cavatappi in Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce

Tired of of the same old boring tomato marinara sauce? Try a roasted red pepper cream sauce!

Red bell peppers are roasted in the oven until sweet. It is then blended with caramelized onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, sun dried tomato paste, and cream into a silky, smooth and velvety sauce. Finish the sauce with a knob of butter and coat your pasta. Cavatappi works well here. Don’t forget to shave a little Pecorino Romano

Got a message from a Bain recruiter looking for experienced hires to start q1. I'm very interested but cautious because they're looking for a speedy process...feels a little rushed.
