What is a typical salary for a Data Scientist at a management level that’s 1 or 2 levels above entry? Looking for insight both within the tech side and tech consulting if possible.

I had an offer from CGI for 14lpa two months ago. I rejected it as I received an offer from a product based company for 19lpa+5L stocks. Now I am not able to handle the pressure in this Product company and want to go back to CGI. Can I apply to CGI again? Will they take me? Is there any duration to apply again. Please help.

I got a call from a recruiter and I said my expected CTC is 14 lpa, she said according to the current market, they can provide max 30-40% hike
How much I can expect according to the current trend .

Job offer - Marketing Program Manager $85k…national avg per Glassdoor and LinkedIn is $95-$102k…recruiter says offer is close to top of range and cant offer more to meet my researched info. Not sure what else to go back with or just accept.

Can provide more details if needed, but if an employee is constantly coughing at work (small retail establishment), is it okay to ask them for a doctor's note stating they aren't contagious? Now HR called and was asking aren't you interested in the offer , HR said that client tried to contact you but you werent responding.
But I didnt receive any call from anyone ..

Like I have heard the client calls would be after joining the organization .
