Position might also be titled as “In home sales expert”. You’re given jobs that will be installing home services such as Tv, Internet and VoIP. You need to sell 19 - 25 units, new lines.
Manager makes the schedule. You’ll get Sunday off plus whatever day they give you. Not your typical crm job. Your jobs are dispatched. You’re there to upsell AT&T products
You typically get your first dispatch the night before after your first dispatch you request another dispatch through our dispatch tool and you will be assigned another job, typical dispatch hours are between 9-3 after that time typically filled with either appts you gain and customer follow up phone calls hope that answers your questions
Also... "Appointments I gain"... Is that appointments I generate? If they don't dispatch after three, is that when I am doing my own prospecting, so to speak?
The routes are provide the day of. You’ll arrive before, during or after installs. Hope this helps
You don't run a route like a technician. You essentially use the technician's job being dispatched whether that be for service or for a new internet install. You use that as a ploy to come in ask how things are in the hopes of upselling cell phones to unsuspecting customers. Targets are attainable and the schedule is not made by you.
Your sales manager makes your schedule (Days you work). A dispatcher assigns the jobs you will be going to. As far as the people in Pensacola, I have no idea lol. Are you local?
Okay. Thank you. I will not be taking this job
Will be very high intense sales from ATT selling home services. They will provide extensive training but once that’s over pressure will be on to hit goals daily, weekly and monthly. Great benefits and pay if your goal driven n
Several other comments make this sound like a route from a dispatcher, which I am absolutely not interested in.
I love this job been doing it for almost 3 years now , in my opinion as long as you hit your target you will not hear from your boss .
