You could maybe see how much of a relocation bonus you can get but rest of it is non negotiable
Nothing is negotiable. You are paid on a total comp basis on performance, on a single grid across the US. Bonus is not like B4 - it is there every year, so total comp is constant and real. You will be paid plenty vs wherever else you are. Honestly don’t pay a moments attention to comp. it’s not who we are or how we think. Focus on client impact. And solving problems.
If you are having lunch at chipotle, you're prob on that Accenture per diem. Lol I know this because..story of my life ha!
Assuming you're an experienced hire and not a new grad, I'd be surprised if signing bonus was non-negotiable. Definitely never hurts to try. I asked BCG for higher signing and got an extra 15k. Pretty good for a 2min phone call I'd say.
15k extra is really good. McKinsey didn’t move a $ for my signing bonus even as lateral.
I would say reloc and signing are negotiable from what I know - base and bonus not.
