Advice on applying to PM jobs with 1yr APM experience?

I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. I’ve lead several features from start to finish and made sure to mention in my resume that I have been doing everything a regular PM does. Has anyone ever hired an APM for a PM role or done it yourself? Any tips? Advice?

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I have joined a company on 4th Feb, through consultancy on contract to hire basis.
I only received the job offer letter from the consultancy, but no Appointment Letter is given yet.
So since it's 10-15 day, since I joined. Can I leave this company, since I've got a better offer, with my suitable location.
