How do you get more dopamine?

I’ve been running and hiking significantly more recently and my feet 🦶 are looking rough. I’m skeptical of getting a pedicure because I need those callouses but my feet look rough any suggestions ?

Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. Sadly, causing tension between me and my partner as well as he cannot relate and seems preoccupied with business as usual. Trying to get out the funk and just telling myself it’s all the hormones.

Have any of you vets felt crappy and found out it was low testosterone? I recently had a blood test and found this out myself, from looking online it appears that this is pretty common in a lot of vets and men in general. I’m curious if this is a common thing that I just didn’t know impacted a lot of vets and / or could be service related.

Anyone has IBS here? Lately I have been having a lot of symptoms of IBS and even if I’m not fully constipated, I think I am to a certain extent. I had excruciating lower abdominal pain this afternoon and it was almost unbearable. Also, my period is approaching so I think my symptoms got worse. Anyone has any tips?

My fiance got Monkey Pox, it's no joke folks. Get the vaccine even if you aren't into the "scene." You rub arms with the wrong person or enter an enclosed space with someone who has mouth sores, it's going to be a bad time.

I just got a really great offer, only downside is the eligibility for maternity leave is after 12 months of employment. We got a faint positive today but have had so many chemical pregnancies over the past year that I am not confident it will stick this time BUT I am on aspirin and progesterone for this try … so it could.. Why is it that when the subject of pregnancy is brought up, people love to share their traumatic stories and the m- word (pregnancy loss). "Oh you know that m-s are so common.." like did I ask you?! That word is so triggering for me and I feel like it's etched into my brain like a tumor when someone says it to me. Anyone have recommendations on how to respond to comments like these? TIA!!
