Find myself in an interesting spot. My boss/leaders tapped me to get involved in social strategy/growth efforts, via my expertise in brand. Some people on the team have been ok with this “unofficial” role — while others seem to take issue w/any input on social strategy. Even if I’m coming at it from brand storytelling and strategic content planning to grow our social presence. Any ideas on how to make this easier and more streamlined? A title change is obvious, but if that’s not possible?
