I'm serving Notice period and last date shall be 13th May 2022. Can someone help me understand if the bands and compensation isn't release by that date, will that be adjusted in full and final settlement?? If so, what about the components, which all shall be credited in that FFS?

Never. And I mean never, give them a number first. “Salary requirement ask” isn’t a thing.
That said, if you want the job for less money, contact them. But now they will smell desperation and will low ball you.

To clarify, I meant it’s not a requirement that you give them a number first.
I just learned about the whole “throw it back to them” thing and it has worked the couple times I’ve done it. They ask my salary range and I say something like “well I’m flexible given what the responsibilities of the position might entail. What is the budget range being considered?” I have gotten an answer each time. I’m amazed by this and wonder if us oldies have been screwing our selves over for decades giving a number. I always used to give a number...

Yep, echoing what others have said I’ve been told to never ever give a number first.
Curious to the number you threw out. Helpful to have some insight for that step (personally speaking)
For relocation, another trick is to figure out what percent to the market rate for your role you're making (high performers make more than 100% of what others in the same title/region pull). That lets them know two things: 1) you know your stuff and aren't going to be hustled or low-balled despite the fact that they may think you don't know the area, and 2) that you're already recognized for high performance and compensated as such - so they should prepare to do the same.
Note: this doesn't work of you're paid below market, but if you are, I suggest you gtfo anyways.
I’ve been asked for a salary requirement or a range before, and I have always responded with just that, a range, while also asking them what their budget range is for the position...it’s a two-way street, don’t think that they get to just lock you in on a number and then reject you or not based solely on that. Fuck that. If they are the types to do that you don’t wanna work there anyway.
Is it in your current market or out of state? Sometimes this can be a minefield.
For example, I live in California where housing/rent is far higher than, say, Texas or Kansas City or wherever. Taking California/NYC assumptions to other markets without researching COL expenses can be problematic, all I’m saying.
