16LPA fixed with variable 20%max .YOE 3.2 yrs

1) How is EY India? I have asked people working there and everyone has said positive things about the organisation. Wanted to double check.

My main objective is to learn as much as I can. I know the work life balance can be off. I'm willing to work 9 -10 hours a day.

I have other offers from Cognizant.
Which one to join, please suggest 5 days left.

Hello, I am joining Deloitte USI on 23rd May. In offer Letter Deloitte address was mentioned Chennai Citi centre. I have been interviewed for RFA risk and financial advisory unit. Will the office location be Citi centre or any other place. Recruiters not confirming any location. Also for usi what is common office going shift hours since might be calls with clients in night time. Wfh no issues.

I’ve been with my current company for 3 years. In this time I have only received one raise and triple the responsibilities. I am currently the fleet/safety manager for a fleet of 8 trucks. Also, I am required to do all secretary work, manage the office, dispatch, keep the books, and manage payroll for 12 employees for 34,000 annually. With the workload I currently have I’m not sure what to approach my boss with as a fair salary for the task i complete daily.

IBM which is my current company also offered counter with manager position but with 25 lpa. I know hike and variables are bad in ibm.
