1) Stay where I am

2) Core Company, Pharma, India based, good role and designation,

3) Core company, renewables, SCANDINAVIA based/Europe location, not so good role and not that attractive job title. But it's an ex client pulling me and wanting me there.

Currently in FDD and I realize now this and probably banking are not my interests. Is it possible to jump to pe portfolio ops or a role that can lead their?

I used to be a happy guy, then over the past 5 years of being in public accounting I’ve gradually turned super cynical and hopeless. WFH has definitely added fuel to the fire because I’m super outgoing and vibe off of others. I’ve been actively looking for a new role but nothing good has come up for 6ish months.
