McKinsey & Company Had McKinsey & Company final round just over a week ago. When I followed up on Friday, the recruiter asked if we could have a phone call later that afternoon. When I provided availability (which was most of the day), no response or phone call. Should I follow up today or just wait for him to get back to me?

If you can just go out tomorrow, do that. It will be the easiest change for you. If you don't feel comfortable making that decision yourself, then contact your manager or senior manager, let them know the situation and ask what they would like for you to do.
1) try other airline carriers 2) if it's not critical you be there go tomorrow 3) if it is critical start looking into rental car and nearest airport with a flight out. Best of luck
It's weather related so more than likely, if one carrier canceled, you may not want to take one that is going... enjoy your snow day.
