Folks I am expecting an offer from Allstate but I read a lot of reviews about layoffs. Is the situation very bad? Also if you could help me with some of the employee benefits that would be helpful!

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

which would you choose here

Back in May 2021, I rented a property that had sustained damage during the big snow storm. This wasn't disclosed at lease signing. The home leaked every time it rained, mold was found in the home & the LL failed to make repairs that resulted in me falling down a flight of stairs. Just finished my degree in managerial science and have a minor in marketing and a Sales certificate. Have had 4 different management jobs. Just accepted an opportunity as a district manager for an Insurance company. Not 100% sure about Commission-based only.
