Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Base: $215K
Bonus: up to 50-60% (performance based)
Profit share: 10% (nearly automatic)
But at big 4 bonuses are much lower and no profit sharing, no?
True...bonus is in the 5-15% range and no profit sharing whatsoever.
Profit share is 10% of your base plus bonus. Ie 215 base 110 bonus, 32.5 profit share. $350k comp.

At S&, Director base starts at 225k and bonus up to 65%. And wealth builder is another 6% of base+bonus. On top of that you get up to 1.5% matching on 401k. So first year comp with full bonus could be $400k
S&: we also get 1.5% 401k match. There is no defined range for bonus. It can be higher than 60% purely driven by firm/individual performance. 2 years back as a manager I had received 70% bonus.
Atk1 you are close but not accurate though.

Why is 215 low?
Low (relatively speaking) cuz big 4 directors in management consulting groups have a base of 200k-215k and i figured atk would be higher than that
OP, wealth builder is profit share. It’s 6%. And bonuses are higher than 5-15%

D1, big 4 principal = partner in mbb/strat firms. Big 4 SM/directors or perhaps MDs = principal in mbb/strat firms.

No. Manager at atk/mbb roughly same. Total comp roughly 230-250 Likely people weren’t including total comp in discussion.
