Folks, now that we have our numbers, what is the average hike and bonus? Is it safe to assume hike of 5-7% and bonus of 17-18%. Or am I getting this entirely wrong? I’m referring to EY Parthenon.

Hi folks... I am S Con. With 10yoe with 15LPA. I was thinking does EY match packages.. .. As my team is hiring actively and paying 25+ to 6+yoe ..

The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
On top of this remote working ki naam pe bijli ka bill 10k per mahina aa rha hain. And the tech salaries pumping inflation in the economy. The same place which was available for a 35k is quoting 50k. I wish atleast the hike is inflation beating :/
