I’m on my first actual deal (first one was a partial due diligence and barely did anything) and sometimes I’m so clueless when management is explaining a schedule or a piece of support while my manager understands quickly and needs to explain it to me (I’m a staff 1).. thank you

Over a year ago, I lateraled from a firm doing mostly land use/development to a volume lender debt finance practice. By volume I mean I’m on 15+ deals a day. I don’t think this is for me….anyone have any other CRE practices that they enjoy? Anyone have insight on Business Transformation, Digital Strategy Practice in FSO?

I got the impression this was a small but fast growing team on the west coast, and the work sounds like a combination of product, agile delivery, and roadmap dev. But, as an outsider to the firm, I’d be curious for EY-ers’ thoughts/perceptions on the practice. Is it generally well regarded? How is the practice leadership & culture? Is it truly a hot/growing market like my interviewers have portrayed it as?

Has anyone completed all the interviews for the EY TD&E Senior Consultant position? I just got news that I passed the recorded interview portion and wanted to know what to expect for the next interviews so I can start preparing as soon as possible. Are there multiple interviews after the recorded portion? Is it just one more round? What’s the case interview like? Any tips to prepare? Anything helps!
