Hello fishes, need some guidance on the following questions - How is cognizant doing currently? Is it safe to join cognizant? How about the attrition rate, any improvement? How about job security? Do they layoff? Looking for some serious suggestions. I have a loan on me, and my package is low. And IBM doesn't give any hike. So was looking to switch. But afraid after hearing about current situation of cognizant. I am thinking several times before coming to a conclusion. 🙂 @Cognizant
Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

Bain & Company Got dinged after a final round AC interview with Bain & Company as an experienced hire with 1 YOE. Currently at $75k base salary and on average work 30-40 hours a week.
Considering $15-25k increase in salary, but double the number of work hours, is it worth reapplying to Bain next year or better to wait to apply until after business school?

I was interviewed at EY UK on 7th Sep. It was quite smooth. Since then I haven't heard anything back from them though interviewer claimed SLA to get back with outcome of interview is 48 hours. On portal it still says I'm in hiring team phase. It was level 1 interview.
Should I take this delay as rejection?
I have been interviewed and selected for a role in EY UK. The status of my job application is “congratulations on receiving an offer from EY”.
However I have not received any email yet.
Can someone confirm which team sends the final offer coz the HR is saying that he has processed everything from his side.??EY

If you’re ambitious and fast grower you will feel weird and bored
4. If you are highly qualified like CA or MBA from top universities you will be working alongside the colleague’s who are just graduates from random fields (psychology, etc)
5. Do check the locations before applying and plan things in advance. There are not much of houses available on rent.
Please talk to people or read their experiences before moving. From what I can see India is rapidly changing, just don’t expect things to be same.

Excellent review
Don’t know about you but for me it’s working pretty well. A lot of client facing work. Love the diverse culture here. No micromanaging. The only con is salary but me and my wife fetch 130k annually which is quite good if you see a 3 lakhs savings per month!
I didn’t mean it didn’t work out for me.
I saw the general observation from lot of Indians I met after being here for an year. A lot of it I mentioned is ‘it depends’
Otherwise life’s definitely better than India :)
